I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a few issues in the apartment rented from you, Apartment 7A Paradise Heights, where I moved into on October 26th.

While I am happy with the location, I have encountered two major problems since my arrival. First, the bathroom geyser is non-functional, and there is leakage from the washing machine onto the floor whenever it runs.

It causes me inconvenience, which hinders my morning routine, as I have to boil water on the stove, which increases my gas bills. Also, the malfunction of the washing machine leaking water makes the floor slippery, which could lead to serious accidents.

Kindly understand the severity of issues, as it could lead to severe consequences. I would appreciate if you could send a qualified technician to inspect and repair these appliances, as it has been legally mentioned in the rental agreement that repairs are undertaken by the landlord.
