Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing to ask some question regarding my apartment, I still remember that i sent mesage to you about them, but i think that you might forgot them. the main issue is about the air condditoner, whcih has affected me for a long time, i think that you know right now that is summer right? I really need them after a heavy workload. in addition, I want to know that did you pay my utilities fee? we have a contract that is your tudy, but why they always call me to pay them. sometimes i felt really tired when I came back home and i had to pay the utilities fee and they do not have a online way to pay it, which means i need go to offline store.

I think it that is convenience to rent your apartment, but i did not feel them; i hope that you can finish them untill next week, because I mather want to accompany a period of time, I need to good environment.
