Dear Abiola,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing regarding the new job I got in your city.

I applied for the position of Biomedical Engineer at String Engineering Limited, Lagos, three months ago. I recently got a mail from the company stating that I have been employed, and should resume on the first day of next month, that is about a month from now.

Regarding the accommodation, I prefer a one-bedroom apartment, with a personal toilet, bathroom and kitchen. Additionally, I want it to be located in Magodo, as it is close to the office.

I have been speaking with a few house agents about getting a suitable apartment. However, I need to physically inspect the house, but I can not due to my absence. I would appreciate it if you could check out the houses on my behalf, take videos, and send them to me while I make a decision on which to pay for. Thank you.
