Hi Jane,

I’m really glad you told me about your situation in your workplace at Abuja. I know how difficult it is for you to settle in, and I’m happy to share some thoughts with you. I hope my advice will help you settle in more quickly.

The first thing I think you should know is that, starting a new job will come with some challenges. You should be aware that some circumstances may not appear the way you expected, and you will gradually adapt to the new environment and become more familiar with it. As a result, you will see yourself getting along and feeling better as time goes on.

I’d recommend that you try to get to know your colleagues. This would help you to reach out to your co-workers and ask questions if needed. As a result, you will gradually feel more confident and comfortable in your new workplace.

I think you should stay positive and never lose hope. One day, you’ll look back and realise this was the beginning of something positive.
