Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well. I am one of the local residents of the Park Street area and am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have been facing recently. I have recently noticed a rise in traffic in our area, resulting in increasing traffic congestions throughout the day, which are increasing the chance of road accidents.

The main cause of this issue is the inauguration of a new stadium in our area, which always attracts sports lovers since its opening, and people from various locations often enjoy their leisure time in the stadium. Moreover, the town bypass road is under maintenance because of its potholes; therefore, most of the audience members prefer travelling inside the town.

I would appreciate it if you could arrange for some barricades to separate some roads for the local residents and also ensure deploying sufficient traffic police at every junction. Furthermore, being a responsible authority of the town, I hope you will focus more on the bypass road restoration and provide some ‘Danger’ signboards for the time being.
