Dear Jenny,

I hope you are doing well! I found out a new exciting hobby and I want this to share it with you.

These past few days I started to go to the gym and it was just introduce with me by my sister. At first, it was hard for me since I am not more on doing such heavy activities but then when I constantly doing it thrice a week I started to loving it. Going to gym for my leisure time makes me happy, especially when my workout program during the time is for bigger biceps. The biceps routine makes me excite and enjoy every time I was doing such workout for a reason that nowadays there are many women who are having a good physique posting in their social media and that makes me motivated and make more doing it everyday to improve and achieve the same body I admire.

My friend Jenny I hope that we see each other sooner! I want you to try going to the gym with me so I can teach you and introduce every equipment that I use to build my good physique. Let me know when you are free to come with me.
