I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to tell you about a new sport I’ve recently started, as I think you might enjoy it too.
I first heard about this sport through one of my colleagues at work. He mentioned that he had joined a beginner’s class and found it very relaxing as well as good for fitness. Out of curiosity, I decided to try it myself, and I was surprised by how much I liked it.
I have started playing badminton at the community sports centre near my house. I usually go there twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, from 7 to 8:30 pm. The centre is well equipped, and the coaches are friendly, which makes it easy for beginners like me to learn the basics.
I believe you would enjoy this sport because it is not only fun but also a great way to stay active without being too exhausting. Since you enjoy social activities, you would probably like playing with different people and improving your skills together. Moreover, it helps reduce stress after a busy day.
