Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter with regard to the ongoing renovation of my kitchen which is being handled by your organisation.

My name is Oreoluwa Akinla, I requested for your firm’s services three weeks ago. I precisely complained about leakage of water from the walls of the kitchen , which has caused resent poooling of water on the floor. This in return has caused the cooking space to be extremely messy.

Your company gave a prompt response after my request, an ultimatum of seven days was proposed for the completion of the repair process. I was very much impressed by the assurance of getting thecwork done in due time, unfortunately your company did not meet up with the time frame we agreed on. My catering services has been highly disrupted , this has affected my income significantly.

I would appreciate if this complaint is attended to with urgency, with necessary solution made effect soonest.
