Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter to request you to change my room as there are certain issues with the accommodation provided to me. Consequently, I am unable to focus on my studies which affects my grade.

My name is Navneet Kaur studying as a full-time second year of Bachelor of IT. I have been allocated Room No. 301 where I have been living with another student of same course. I want to put light on certain issues due to which I cannot concentrate on my studies.

First of all, there is mold under washroom sink which causes pungent smell all around. Moreover, water leakage in the washroom pipe makes us to clean the floor for long hours. Along with these issues, myself and my roommate are struggling to cope with college hours and studying time.

I request you to assign a neat and clean room to me as soon as possible because my final tests are commencing the following month. Kindly take this situation seriously and give me a private room if possible.

I am looking forward to your prompt action.
