Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my disatisfaction with the room No 255 in the building B of college. I have been living here from the past two weeks with one of my college mates. We are different students from one another attached with different studying schedules and prefer different working environments.

Since the time I have been living here I have been suffering due to inappropriate set of wardrobe to accomodate my personal goods and materials. Consequently there are a lot of wardrobes laying around in the room leading to chaos in the room leading to disturbing environment.

The study table and bed make presence of study table and bed make congested not sufficient for both of us. Due to the size of study table. My roommate is feeling congested which she usually complains to administration as well and spring is broken due to glass which we cannot take a risk.

I kindly request you to either replace our bed with a bunk bed or accomodate us with a room with plenty of space and quality of wardrobe and bed with the best furniture available providing of wardrobe.
