Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my concern regarding parking spaces near apartment building.

I am a tenant in one of your apartments. I am a full-time employee and work five days a week. After completing my work in the evening when I get back home, I cannot find a space to park my vehicle, which disturbs me. Although parking spaces are allocated for residents who live in building, people from the adjacent town also park in the same location.

It is very concerning that as a resident I should have a reliable parking space, but I have to park my car away from my building. Parking car outside can be unsafe and I may also be fined.

I request that you please take a notice of it that why people from nearby area also park their cars. They should not be allowed as they do not live in the building. To resolve this problem, I would suggest that a signage should be displayed that let people know who are entitled for parking in this area. Alternatively, you may also propose a solution.
