Gentle Reminder Regarding the Item Orded
I have orded an item three weeks ago and I made the complete payment on-line. I received the receipt confirming the order and payment I made. When placing the order, it mentioned that I will receive the item within two days on completion of the purchasing process but I did not receive it yet.
Last week I sent an email to the shop explaining the problem. I made a request to the head of sales team asking to send the item as it is urgent. I am sorry to say that I did not get any reply from the shop until today. I carefully inspected the vision and mission of your business institute mentioned in the institute web page. There I believed your after sales services and customer care are trustable. But in the end, this is the service and care I received from your shop.
I still like to propose you two things prior to complain to the business bureau against your shop. You should either send me the correct item orded on or before friday the 13th of this week or make a full refund to the bank account I have already given. Thank you.
