I am writing to complain about an item I have ordered from online shop three weeks ago. Actually, the shop told me that I would receive it two days later but unfortunately I did not get it. And also, last week I wrote an email explaining the situation direct to the shop, but you did not receive a reply.
I would like to tell you details about the item. It was a computer type of MacBook includes its earphones, cable, keyboard, and the computer bag. I am wondering the other system I could use in order to get my object, because I need to use it during the preparation of thesis. Kindly, could you please improve the way you communicate? I am not happy about the service you give me.
I would be grateful if you delivery it as soon as possible, I would be happy to cover all costs needed. If it is not possible, I would appreciate to get my money back.
