I am writing to formally complain about the bad service of your company, I have order an item three weeks ago with refrence number WHJ98 and until writing this mail, I haven’t recieve any explanation. This issue has caused me a significant inconvenience and I hope it can be resolved promptly.
Tobegin with, I would like to outline the circumanstences of this problem. Despite I was expecting a good costumer service and a delivery in two days but unfortunatlly it was completly a bad experience, I have ordered a leather black bag on 15 July but it wasn’t delivered, which led me to reach out by mail last week to get some information but no reply was sending.
This is completly inacceptable, considering the reputation of your company. Moreover this situation has caused me a significant stress and anxiety.
I therefore expect an immediate delivery of my order or a full refund of the bag’s cost to be provided at your earliest convenience.
I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
