I am an employee of XYZ Corporation who organized an all-day meeting at your hotel on last Saturday, 15th May. I am writing this letter to share the feedback I received from my colleagues about their experience of your hospitality.
The participants felt very comfortable with the seating arrangement and lighting in the hall, which was well organized to allow them to view the presentation and collaborate effectively among themselves. Alongside this, the provision of water, beverages, and snacks helped them to relax during their breaks.
While they appreciated your efforts in this regard, many of them felt that the food served was cold and lacked variety as people from different regions of the country attended the event.
Therefore, I would like to suggest that the food be served warm and fresh along with offering multiple cuisines to choose from. I am hopeful that this will enhance the experience of those attending the meeting next time immensely and benefit the reputation of the hotel as well.
