I am writing this letter to express my gratitude and some personal feedback for the Cybersecurity event that I attended last week at the City center.

Overall, whole event was organized in an efficient manner. The thing I liked the most was the parking facility, it was so seamless, with the option of valet parking at the entrance, which made it very convinient for the guests, especially who arrived from a different place and did not knew the city well for the particular parking spots.

Although, I would like to highlight some of the points where the arrangements could have been better. Firstly, the food arrangement was pretty decent, but it lacked proper token system, as there was huge crowd gathered in front of the food counters, due to which it was taking more than expected for the guests to dine in. Secondly, the seating arrangements were also not sufficient, as I noticed many guests were standing during the conference.

Hope that you will take my suggestions into consideration for the future events.
