Dear Mr. John

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience i had during the course organized by local community center. I recently attend one of the course organized by local community center, to be exact the the cooking course on 2nd of September.

I really love cooking, so my friend which also my neighbor encourage me to take the baking course of this community center. I like the idea because the community center oocated near my house and the i knew some of the cooking course’s members. When i applied the community staff told me that we will cook asian cuisine, but they didn’t say anything about the participants preparing and bringing their own ingredients from home. I nearly attend the cooking course empty handed if my friend did not tell me to bring my own ingredients from home.

I would appreciate it if you could kindly remind the staff to inform all important information to the course participants. I hope that others will not have a disappointing experience as I did. I look forward to hear your response regarding this matter.
