Dear Sir,

Hope this note finds you in good spirit. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to access the three days training course on “Organizational Safeguarding” on 1st July, 2024.

The course benefitted me immensely since it relates to my work solely. Being a Global Safeguarding Manager, I am obligated to learn about organizational safeguarding policy, it’s implications and methods of implementation. The course is designed in a way that fulfilled my learning expectations. Hence, I learned about the policy framework, incident management and report writing process.

It enhanced my professional skill as an investigator, as it had several hands on exercise.

However, this training might not be best fit for some colleagues, particularly from the department of finance. This would not only be an irrelevant learning topic for them, but also they would find challenging to realize the subject and implement in their work life.
