Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing this letter to give you my personal feedback about the robotics lab training course, which we just completed a couple of days ago. The main aim of the course is to get familiar with all the equipment needed for performing the work on the field and to include a few lessons on safety.

I personally feel more happy and confident after finishing it. The training providing staff was very helpful and they have introduced me to all the machines and devices. I gained more practical knowledge in the course about the subject.

Although the course was really helpful, it is not suitable for electrical training. Some of my colleagues are from the electrical field, so they will need a course that particularly focuses on wirings.

I hope you will find this feedback positive and will give attention to this important matter.
