Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the painting workshop I attended last Monday. I would like to point out some of aspects I was disatisfied with.

Firstly, we were supposed to start the workshop at 2pm, but the trainer came an hour late, which was disappointing, as all the participants were excited to start early. Secondly, there were not enough materials. As a result, we could only make one piece of artwork for each participant.

Finally, the trainer was not attentive. For instance, I tried to ask her for assistance regarding a specific technique that I wanted to learn, as it was the main reason why i booked for the workshop, but unfortunately, she pretended to be on the phone when I asked i tried to ask.

I would appreciate it you address these points, as they play a significant role in improving your workshops.
