Dear Mr. Johnson,

I am writing to complain about the English training course that I attended last month.

As the international department has face the lack of English interpreter, I decided to take part in this class to bridge this gap. I thought that taught lessons would help me to communicate easily with foreign clients, by which I could persuade them to invest in our company.

Unfortunately, this course had two major problems. Firstly, most topics were so general without devoting to business marketing expressions, which are essential for making connections appropriately. Moreover, the instructor was not able to answer all participants’ questions.

Although holding this course was a suitable approach, it could be improved by implementing some actions. Indeed, if professionals who have studied business marketing at the university are hired by interviewers, participants’ questions will not be unanswered. Furthermore, it is recommended to ask a consultant to provide a specific instruction for each session, avoiding teaching vague topics.
