Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writting this letter to complaining about the unhappy training course I attend yesterday.
To begin with, on 12 April 2026 I was join the painting course at 10 AM. Thus, one of your employee named Diana she has a bad attitude towards me. However, I followed all of the instructions correctly and very carefully, because it is my first experience to join the course. Unfortunately, Diana was mad at me, she said I didn’t focus and my painting was bad, even though from the start I was excited and focus to going through it step by step.
Moreover, when I should be happy, but instead, I am being treated poorly. I feel dissapointed with your staff, I choose the course because of they have a good review from social media and the staff are kind and proffesionals.
I hope this situation would never happen again in the future customers, I feel such a shame, because the painting class is only available here.
