I am writing to complain about a training course I recently attended at your company.
The course was called “Business Communication Skills” and it took place from 10 to 14 May. I decided to join because I wanted to improve my communication skills for work.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the course. First of all, the instructor often arrived late and seemed unprepared for the lessons. Some of the information was unclear, and there were not enough practical activities. In addition, the training room was uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the equipment frequently had technical problems.
I believe that the course did not provide the level of training that was advertised. Therefore, I would like your company to investigate these issues and improve the quality of both the instruction and the facilities. I would also appreciate a partial refund of the course fee.
