Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the professional training course I attended about Digital Marketing Strategies. I expected the course to provide a solid foundation in digital marketing, Unfortunately, several aspects of the course failed to meet my expectations, prompting me to write this letter.
The main reason I attended was that I obtained a qualification in Digital Marketing last August. This programme was designed to equip participants with comprehensive and practical knowledge on how to engage audience. As a result, it has helped my business by employing new ways to engage customers on social platforms.
One of the most disappointing aspects of the course was the poor delivery of the programme. Some of the information presented was inaccurate and appeared not to have been properly checked. There was some misleading information in several parts of the programme presented at the beginning. As a result, I was not convinced and it was a complete waste of time.
I would recommend that the organizers appoint a staff member to supervise the whole programmes and the information presented during the course. This would make it easy to spot any errors that may alter the whole programme and address it immediately. I believe this would benefit participants and help them apply the knowledge to their own marketing strategies.
I hope that this issue will be addressed in order to avoid future occurrence. I look forward to your earliest response.
Yours faithfully,
Zara Matthew
