Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my concern regarding a training course , which I attended last week.

My name is Vishva shah, and I work as physiotherapy assistant. There are several reasons for joining a training course. Firstly, it would be beneficial for me to gain in -depth knowledge in this field, which helps me to deliver my service more efficiently in the future. In addition, another possible reason was gaining a clinical experiences at the hospital. However, I encountered many issues with the quality of the teaching. The physiotherapist was not trained enough as well as he did not provide a proper practical experiences to us. As a result, we could not gain experience in clinical setting.

I would like to suggest some improvement to address this issues. Firstly, you should considered trained physiotherapist as a teacher, who has sufficient knowledge about the topic. Moreover, ensure all the equipment work properly before starting a seminar.
