I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the level of teaching I received during my recent IELTS course at your learning center.
I was a student at your institute, attending IELTS General Training course at June 2nd untill July 2nd. I enrolled this course specifically for applying the Visa subclass 462, expecting a good teaching programs and professional instructor.
Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues. Firstly, the materials are not available in online mode, making it nearly imposibble to learn from anywhere. Despite reporting this to the contact service twice, no feedback was sent to resolve the issue. Additionally, the instructor often late for teaching the IELTS program for the past two days during the offline class, which means the class does not run effectively.
As an IELTS trainee, I expect a basic standart of learning experience and professional service, which your learning centre failed to provide. Therefore, I request a feedback regarding these oversight. Furthermore, considering the significant inconvenience and lack of effective class I experienced, I expect a partial refund of my tuition fee as compensation for the substandard service.
