Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I had participate your workshop called The importance of excercise today, I enjoyed and got more relevent knowedge abuot doing the physical activities in todays world.

Unfortunately I had to leave early, so that I missed the vital part of the session. I am extreamley sorry for that. I know every one should have to attend the full program becuase the local community centre put more effort to doing this.

I got an emergency call from the hospital that my brother was admitted in the hospital so they immediately need one person as a bystander thats why I had to leave early that day.

I saw in your advirtisement the workshop classes that available in your website, hopefully I will experiance the classes once more, also it would be better to attend the important session in your classes.
