Dear sir or madam,
I am writing this letter to know you that i brought a knife from you store and there was an issue with it I called the shop but their was no action taken I hope you can fix the costumer service.
I brought this chef knife last week it was working well I cut a lot of veggies with it unfortunately on Friday the handle got broke and I cut my self I guess it was not glue properly I do have knifes in the past and those knifes are still in good condition but this was unexpected I never had this before.
I am really disappointed on this first on service second the knife I have a 3 years warranty i spent 300 dollars on this it’s too much for me but I have no choice so please can you fix this hope to hear from you soon.
