I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction about your oven. In fact, after buying It I tried to cooke a cake in It however it didn’t work. I iposted the temperacture and the program but oven staied turn off. Furthermore, I decided to call the shop to aske some assistent, your employed was so unkind and he seid me that was my problem. Moreover, he affirmed that maby I wasn’t able to use a simple home appliances. I hope that It isn’t that the type of service you give in your shop.
After this enconvinient, I would like a refund or some help to understand why my oven dosen’t work. Especially becouse it have had an expensive price. In addition, I did a bed rewieu on your website shop.
I meight that was only an missing undertending. Anyway, I believe that is not the right way to treat the cliente.
