Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about my recent unpleasant happenings at the uptown railway station, Kitchener.
A week prior to our family trip from Kitchener to British Island, I went to the railway junction of the city to buy four tickets for us. However, On the first day at out trip, when we tried to board the train, the ticket inspector didn’t allow us in. After talking with him, I realized that the price of tickets had increased by ten percent. Due to that, the old passes were no longer permitted.
To resolve this issue and avoid losing my train, I agreed to pay the increased fare. Despite offering the administrative fees to upgrade the tickets with the new ones, the invigilator strictly stood on his point. After that, I requested a refund of my previous passes and asked him to give us new tickets for the rescheduled date. unlike tickets, he didn’t give us any refund.
I strongly suggest you take two prompt actions. Firstly, Implement an online system that informs all the attendees of a change of any type such as a change in the train timings or in fare prices. Secondly, give proper training to your staff members to be flexible and tackle down any uncertain incidents like mine. Moreover, I urge you to look into this matter and try to provide money back for my old passes.
Yours faithfully,
Mark
