Dear Sir,
How are you? I hope you are doing good. I am writing you this letter to draw your kind attention towards a recent incident that happend with us on Toronto Railway Station.
To begin with, I had booked 6 train tickets from Toronto to British Columbia me and family planned to go on vacation. The tickets were booked for 1st July, as we reached there to catch our train which was scheduled to depart at 1:20 pm. As soon as we went were denied the entry by the ground staff as they said they cant accept e-tickets.
Furthermore, the staff was very rude and unhelpful, we asked them for their help but they denied help us and asked us to wait in the waiting room till they talk with their manager who was on round. Me and family with all our luggae bags had to wait which was very inconvenient.
We sincerly request to solve this issue and compensate for our tickets or let us board another scheduled train with same tickets.
Regards,
Neel
