I am william , a customer who chose public transit to start my trip last week.I am writing this letter to complain about your staff’s negative services.
I purchased five return tickets one week ago, but when my family and I went to the station to catch the train,the staff told us we could not use these train tickets, this thing gives us a big problem , because If we could not board this train, at the same time my other plans will be delayed, like canceling the hotel and the journey group.
When my ticket did not work , I asked employees how to solve this problem, they said I am busy now,to find others to help you, I found other staff still said it is not my work you need to ask another department to consult.I was angered with their service attitude.
