Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to submit a complaint against your staff. This incident occurred on Thursday, April 23rd, 2024. I bought two tickets to Paddington from London a week ago, with train number AX456. However, when I arrived at the station, an hour before departure, your staff told me I could not use the tickets and encouraged me to talk with her manager in the customer service room.
Then, I went to the customer service room as mentioned by her. I waited for around thirty minutes to talk with her manager because, apparently, the manager was busy. After that, the manager greeted us harshly; he did not even apologize or explain the reason why my tickets got canceled so suddenly. He also did not provide me with any compensation. That encounter made me feel unhappy.
Because of that problem, I had to buy another ticket to Paddington. To address this matter, I am formally requesting an explanation regarding my tickets and also a compensation.
Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Vanessa
