I am writing to complain about an issue I faced with my train tickets on February 28, 2025. I purchased them on February 21, 2025, for my journey from Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston. However, when I arrived at the station, I was informed that my tickets were not valid. Despite showing my booking confirmation, the staff did not assist me or explain why I could not use them.
I was also very disappointed with the way the staff handled the situation. They were not helpful and did not make any effort to resolve the problem. When I asked for assistance, they ignored my concerns and did not offer any alternative solutions. This caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience.
I would appreciate it if your company could investigate this matter and provide a fair solution. I expect a full refund for my tickets or another suitable form of compensation. Additionally, I suggest that your staff receive better training to improve customer service.
