Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my disatisfaction with the food provided by your airline during my recent journey from London to New Delhi.

I am Amandeep Singh, flewed by Air India flight, AI183 from London Heathrow airport to New Delhi on January 3rd. This was an overnight flight and supper and breakfast was included in the ticket price.

Firstly, I was served with a meal which was included with meat. Being a vegetarian, I requested the crew member for a vegetarian meal. I was told that they have already served all the vegetarian meaIs to other passengers and they have only left with non-vegetarian meals. I hadto take breads only througout the journey and I was really distressed.

Although, I had already given my preference of vegetarian meal while making the resrevation with your airline and yet I had to experience all this. I would request, air lines must adhere to the preferences or special requests of the passengers to make thier journey joyful and relexed.
