Hopefully,you and your wife are doing well. My apologies for not being in touch, but I am making up for it via this letter;atleast I hope so

The purpose of my writing today is to discuss about the business concept that I found last week.Since this business is relates to software, where we both are working, so I think it is better to discuss with you .Plus, your expertise in banking domain definately helps me to understand the client business. Take for instance, you can help me to prepare proposals for the budget and resource allocation .

No need to explain, how software industry is in boom now, so I believe this could be a great opportunity. On top of that , our expertise in same field surely a big plus .For example, we can understand software business better than any other business

Nevertheless, due to uncertanity in the market, we require a back up plan. Client is already agreed to provide 5 years lock in period which may be the initial guarentee for this business. Moreover, we can take protection from insurance companies also in case of physical damage or fire accidents .
