You disagree with this decision and believe that the building is beneficial for the community. Write a letter to the local councillor. Dear local councillor,

I am writing to you a letter regarding my disagreement with demolishing the local building in London Colney. The house, which you decided to damage is a historical part of our area. The Tower House was built in 1919, as a psychiatric clinic. In contemporary times, it is used daily for homeless people, disabled communities, as well as for commuters, who are addicted to drugs or alcohol. Volunteering groups are helping to sustain their life in better conditions. Moreover, this part of work contributes to the lowest criminality in our neighbourhood.

Therefore, I strongly disagree with demolishing our centre and I suggest some improvements, which can be used to save this house. Let me introduce my plan. I believe that individuals, who are living in London Colney want to financially contribute to raise some money for re-building this object, or some companies can make reconstruction for free. I spoke with some investors, who agreed with helping the outer part of the building, which included new colours of the building, and insulation. For an increasing inner part of building people suggest adding some extra money for new furniture.

I hope these arguments will help cancel planning to demolish. Ultimately, people will get other benefits and criminality will stay on the same line. For whole communities is a big advantage, because groups can build relationships between them, and people with disability have fun and social lives in this building.
