Dear Professor Lee,

I hope this email finds you in high spirits and good health. I was a member of your class in the Software Engineering batch last year. You examined my final project, which deals with bank fraud detection, and you granted me an A plus in the same.

Since graduating things have gone well. Recently I got interviewed by a multinational company in the technology domain. The interview went well as they are impressed with the school project which was previously assessed by you. They are offering me a job for the role of Java Developer at their esteemed organization.

However, they are showing some concern to showcase the inclusivity and integrity of my college project. I will be highly obliged if you can write a reference letter which showcases the relevance of my project with my new job profile and resposiblites. It would be helpful if you also describe my team’s leading abilities and efficient ways to solve any type of technical problem in the letter.
