Dear Mr. Alen,
My name is Alexandr Kolo. I have been attending your restaurant “Nice” since 2020. To my mind, lunches there are the best in the city. However, on Monday, I had dinner at a restaurant and experienced poor service and incorrect billing.
I booked a table on Sunday by phone. As usually, at 2 o’clock I ordered a chiken soup, beef with garlic souse and mango smoothie. After 15 minutes I got it. But my soup was cold, and a plate was dirty. I told about bad service my waiter. Furthermore, he gave me the incorrect bill. I needed to pay 20 dollars for three positions, but waiter put down on the table the bill around 30 dollars. I could’t continue my lunch and left.
Mr. Alen, I would prefer to eat quality food and pay a lot of money, rather than eat cheap junk food. Assuming you don’t talk about this accident with cook, and waiters, you will lose your client.
Regards, Alexandr
