Dear mam ,

I recently ordered some crochet yarns and a few hooks. The yarns were multi colored and one ball was around 8.5 cm every ball was made with cotton and the hooks were purple in color and were made with metal . I ordered them from your online website and was really enthusiatic to recieve and start crocheting with them and had really high hopes but unfortunately when I recieved the package it was broken on the outside and looked really messy . some parts of the box looked like they were purposely broken or ripped apart and there was no bubble wrap to protect the items inside . the yarn was too small and had knots in it on the other hand the hooks were made with plastic and were broken .

I would like a refund as the products and delivery services were beyond standard expectetions . I urge you to look into this matter to prevent this from happening in the future to other clients as well.
