I am writing this letter to provide you feedback regarding a recent event Signal Security held in your hotel on 5 August 2

2025.It took place in the evening in the Ballerina Hall at 7.00pm.it was a farewell party fir an old employee.

The decor and food were the highlight of the event as per your event coordinator suggestions. The servers and bartenders were professional and worked efficiency. The bartender made his special cocktails which was liked by everyone

However there are some areas that need improvement as per our experience is that the floor carpet and the theme of your Hall was old fashioned. Moreover there was no directions mentioned to reach to the Hall without asking for it. In my opinion these small details can be improved.

Thank you for the wonderful arrangements and looking forward to book another event….
