Dear Mr. John,

I attended the leadership training program organized by your company on 20 December 2024. I have been trying to hone my skills as a leader in the corporate world in order to achieve a promotion in my existing organization, the reason why I signed up for the program.

Although the training workshop went really well, I came out of the session a little disappointed. The training did not really meet my expectations from a leadership standpoint. Although the event was promoted as a training session for budding leaders, the sessions were targeted more towards people working in the education sector and did not consider the various important general leadership elements of the corporate world. As a result, attending this program was wasted effort for me.

I would like to offer you a couple of suggestions that can help make this event more appealing for future participants. First of all, please provide a brief description of the contents of the training sessions in order to provide interested participants with a better understanding of the event. Secondly, please try to expand your ambit to include the general corporate leadership insights in your program in order to make it appealing to a larger audience. I hope you would consider these suggestions seriously and implement them when you roll out your next session.
