I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the various problems which encountered during my recent stay at your hotel. I remember, I booked one deluxe suite at your hotel on2nd October for almost three days. There were various issues which I had to faced during my two days of stay. Firstly, with the food that was complementary by the hotel and second was with the parking of hotel.
Let me explain the issues in the detail. Talking about the food it was too oily. After eating that I was sick for almost three days. Adding to this, I was here to attend my friend’s marriage unfortunately, I was not able to attend it as doctor advised me complete bed rest due to various medical issues that encountered with eating that oily food. Furthermore, parking is bit way from hotel, all tourists must walk for almost 20 minutes to reach there, which is too inconvenient.
Would you kindly, pay attention to the management of the hotel. There must be some rules and regulation in preparation of food. The cook needs to pay attention towards the ingredients so that people do not suffer from any problem. Moreover, there must be parking closer to the hotel also.
