Dear Mr Enow

I hope this letter finds you well. I am officially writing to you to complain about the part time job I got at your company for the position of a junior web developer few weeks ago.

However one of the major reason why I decided to take this job is because it was an opportunity for me to be able to carry out my academic internship. So I took this part time job as a means to gain more experience and knowledge from other workers as far as IT is concerned in order for me to complete my project.

Although it sounded like the best option to me at that time because I was able to raise some money for my basic needs as a student but I encountered some problems when it comes to team work. Most workers don’t have good communication skills and do not collaborate with others which led to delay in completing of some tasks. Also I noticed the company lacks well equipped virtual machines which made it difficult to work.

I will like to recommend that you advice your workers about team collaboration and also update your virtual devices with the latest version always this will tend to increase productivity and time efficiency. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
