Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my disappointment visiting your museum yesterday, on July 5th.

I came with my children to celebrate International Art Day. We were super excited to see your exibits, especially the paintings and sculptures. I want them to have fun with the aim to educate my children through arts so that they can have broad knowledge and can sharpen their critical thinking skills.

However, it was too crowd due to holiday. Unfortunately, there was no visitors limitation. We had to rush to another empty spot to get to see the exibits clearly. Moreover, the explanation delivered by the docents was not clear nor interactive. As a result, my children ended up feeling bored.

To improve visitors’ experience, I suggest limiting the amount of visitors during holiday and ensuring the docents are educated and trained to be able to interact actively and deliver the information clearly.
