Dear Sam,

how are you? I can’t wait to tell you about something I saw the other day, which made me think of you right away.

Last weekend, I visited a botanical garden with a few cousins. We had some free time and thought it would be fun to check out the spring flower show they were posting. The weather was beautiful, and the whole place was filled with colourful plants and flowers.

While walking around, I came across the plant that completely stole my heart it had purple leaves with tiny white flowers, and it looked pretty unique compared to everything else there. What I love the most is how elegant and calming it looked. I could imagine its sitting perfectly on my balcony. Also, it didn’t seem like one of those super-fussy plants that need a lot of care.

Since you know more about plants than I ever will. I was hoping you could help me out, because I am really tempted to buy one, but I want to make sure I don’t mess it up. Do you know what this plant might be called? Would it survive in a pot outdoors? Also, does it need special soil or anything like that.
