Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my strong interest in volunteer position, at your community centre, envisioning the add in the newspaper last week. I tried calling you, but unfortunately, no one responded to the call. I am fascinated to work with elder generations to help bridge the digital devices and constantly navigate modern technology.

Being a software Engineer, I have many different skills like troubleshooting, softwares and connectivity. And regarding experience, earlier I have tutored my grand parents and In laws how to use smart phones, video calling apps and texting, further I have noticed a large shift in their understanding of the concept, communicating with their loved ones and understanding the concept. This experience helped me develop the skills like patience, and the procedure to cleared the complex technical problems in simple way.
