Before the development, the island contained only a beach on the western side and several clusters of trees. There were no buildings, roads, or other infrastructure. The island appeared entirely natural and uninhabited.

After the construction of tourist facilities, significant changes took place. A reception building was built in the centre of the island, and a restaurant was constructed to the north of it. Several accommodation huts were added on both the eastern and western sides, connected by newly built footpaths. In addition, a pier was installed on the southern coast to allow boats to access the island. Although many trees remained, some areas were cleared to make space for the new structures.
