Overall, the production includes nine stages, beginning with gathering nectar and ending with selling honey. Thoughout the process, both bee phase and human phase play a crucial role in making honey.
Initially, nectar is collected before removing to bees’s nest. Then, honey is dried by fan wings, after, honey is kept clean in natural environment. This is the last stages in natural collecting honey in production.
Turning to the stages of human making honey, after honey is made cleaner, human have considered the quality of honey through using honey wax. Then, honey combs are collected and moved to crusher to make honey. The result in later stage is poured in sumptank, heating 45-50 degreees C. Before removing dirt etc, honey is setteled in tank for 2-4 days, the final stage is selling honey to create profit in commercial.
