Before construction, the island was undeveloped, featuring only a few scattered trees and a beach to the west. The entire area was surrounded by the sea.

After the development, the island has been transformed with various tourist facilities. A reception building has been constructed in the central area, with a restaurant directly to its north. These are connected by a footpath that also leads to a new vehicle track running through the centre of the island from the pier. This pier allows access for boats on the southern shore.

To accommodate visitors, a group of accommodation units in the form of huts has been built on both sides of the footpath, west of the reception. Furthermore, the western beach is now designated for swimming. A new road also circles this beach area, providing access. It is noteworthy that while the eastern part of the island now features the pier and track, it remains largely undeveloped, and the trees that were previously in the centre have been removed.

Overall, the island has been significantly altered from a natural landscape to a purpose-built tourist destination with a focus on centralised facilities and waterfront activities.
